Welcome to CleanPaste Pro ("Extension," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CleanPaste Pro Chrome extension. By installing or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old (or have permission from a legal guardian) to use the Extension.
Ownership: You retain 100% ownership of all text, documents, and content you paste into the Extension.
Data Processing: By using the Extension, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process your input text for the sole purpose of cleaning and formatting it.
Free Presets are processed locally on your device.
Pro Presets (AI-powered) require secure transmission to our external API (via Cloudflare/Groq) for processing.
No Retention: As detailed in our Privacy Policy, your input text is processed instantaneously and discarded. No input text is stored on our servers, used for training AI models, or shared for any reason other than service delivery.
Free License: You are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the 4 free presets, subject to these Terms. This access remains free forever.
Pro License (Subscription): Access to the full 10 Pro presets is granted solely for the duration of a valid, active subscription.
Subscription Required: Pro features will lock immediately upon the cancellation of your subscription or failure of a recurring payment.
External Billing: All Pro subscriptions, payments, billing, and management are handled securely by Gumroad, Inc., our third-party provider.
Pricing: $2.99 per month or $24 per year (Save 33%). Both plans include a 7-day free trial (no charge for the first 7 days).
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled through your Gumroad account.
Refunds and Cancellations: All billing inquiries, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Gumroad and subject to their policies. We cannot process refunds directly.
You agree not to: a. Use the Extension for illegal activity. b. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive the source code. c. Use the Extension for spamming, bulk commercial resale, or excessive automated processing. d. Violate Chrome Web Store Program Policies.
Pro features are intended for personal and professional use. While we offer unlimited use, this is subject to a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) designed to prevent service disruption for all users. You agree not to use the Extension in a manner that creates an excessive, disproportionate, or automated load on our resources (e.g., using scripts or bots for bulk text processing). We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to monitor usage and restrict or suspend access to any user whose usage we deem excessive or abusive, with or without prior warning, to protect the quality of service for the wider user base.
As-Is Basis: The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties.
Limitation: Our total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You may terminate by uninstalling the Extension. We may suspend or terminate access for material violation of these Terms or non-payment.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Mumbai, India.
